We at infavher, are an inclusive bunch of people; data scientist, economist, designer and writers, as well as content creators coming from international companies and e-commerces. 

We are on the mission to democratize the women's health market to improve the holistic female well-being. ✨

infavher is a multi-brand marketplace for female well-being products in Germany. In 2019, when our founder Rike became a mom for the first time, she only discovered the existence of health innovations for her needs after a time-consuming search. But being a newly baked mom brings enough challenges with it, finding the right product supporting your health journey shouldn’t be one.

With infavher we aim to guide women from their first period to the end of their lives, breaking existing taboos and improving female well-being by a simplified access of the market.

We are building a team of experts in their respective fields to finally change a stigma.

We’re looking for a Co-Founder, who is an experienced Chief Operating Officer with a background in finance to join our small, but growing team and work hands-on in taking infavher to the next level. 

🚀 About the role.

As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, you will work and steer the company directly with our founder, excited about building a startup from the ground up. You will be responsible for the entire company’s operations. The COO will have in-depth knowledge of our customer, understand the market conditions, communicate with strategic partners and optimize our business model.

  • Operations: You will handle the day-to-day operations as well as define and implement strong, resilient and scalable processes and structures to support profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Finance & Law: You will be responsible for planning and reporting our OKRs as well as ensuring our collaborations with strategic financial partners.
  • Strategy: You have a strategic mindset and support (further) development of the corporate strategy in cooperation with the management team.
  • Leadership: You are an amazing communicator with a great ability to resolve problems, mediate conflict and adapt to changing business environments.
  • People: You will help build a company organization that will carry us through the next few years and in which all employees can move efficiently and use their skills in the best possible way.

👩🏽‍💻 You are…

  • A visionary and an advocate for infavher and huge interest into women’s health space
  • A natural leader with previous experience in leading tech and teams
  • Interested in breaking taboos and create digital products customers love
  • Thrilled about building new products with proven methods or create new ones yourself
  • C1 or above in English, C1 in German is a huge plus
  • Proactive and vulnerable
  • Organized and independent
  • Collaborative and team-focused

Where we stand.

Since March 2021 the marketplace for female well-being products has been launched. Our product portfolio is growing from week to week as well as our community. Within the next couple of weeks a new product will be launched and tested on the market. Currently we aim to get our first funding to further grow the team and our product. And for this next step we are looking for an experienced COO, like you, to join our founding team.
